Kalo Sport founders Edward Harvey and Tom Buzzard returned to the University of Bath to talk to current sports coaching students about their experiences running a coaching company. Edward and Tom met on the BA Coach Education & Sports Development course at Bath and the University asked if they would like to speak to students to share their experiences since graduating. Commenting on the day, Tom Buzzard said, “It was a privilege and an honor for Ed and myself to return to Bath and speak to the students. For those students who might be thinking about setting up a coaching business we discussed the challenges we faced and how we would best address certain situations based on our experiences. I hope they got something out of it and it was just great to be back to a place where we enjoyed 4 incredible years”.
