Football coaching to begin outside on Saturday 7th June.

We are pleased to announce that the successful Saturday morning indoor football coaching previously held at Hazelwood Sports Club is to now move outside!

The coaching will now take place at:

Ashmole Academy
Cecil Road
London
N14 5RJ

This is a 2 minute drive / 10 minute walk from Southgate Underground station.

We will be based on the grass fields with a great set up using 4 portable goals. The groups for the football will now change slightly due to us having much more space available. There will be 2 hourly classes:

9:30am – 10:30am: 4 and 5 year olds

10:30am – 11:30am: 2 groups (6 to 8 & advanced 8s to 10 year olds)

The sessions will involve 40 minutes of individual skills and technical exercises and then a final 20 minutes of small sided matches. Uefa B qualified football coach Tom Buzzard and assistant coach Nick Joannou will be running the sessions. Both coaches have great experience and work with the children who attend Kalo Sport camps at Hazelwood every holiday.

The classes will run for 8 weeks from Saturday June 7th to Saturday July 26th. Classes are priced at £64 for 8 sessions (£8 per session). Payment can be taken by cash or cheque payable to Tom Buzzard on the first Saturday your child attends.

It is advised that children wear shin guards as football boots may be worn however at this time of the year with the firm ground trainers or astro shoes will be fine. Kalo Sport has a full public liability insurance policy in place.
